Feature & Follow is a weekly meme hosted by, Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. Each week, each host will have their own Feature Blog which allows them to show off more new blogs! It is a fun way to keep in touch with fellow bloggers, meet new bloggers and gain new followers.
This Weeks Question Is:What drove you to start book blogging in the first place?
Well, I've always wanted to start a blog. Any kind of blog, I love to write & I'll sit here and write to myself all day if I wanted too... okay, that's just plain weird >.< I thought it was cool that you could blog about books and talk to people about the books you love. Which is why I started my book blog. Building a community is pretty damned awesome. I didn't know about free books until after I started my book blog. Hell, I didn't make my Amazon account until after I started my book blog! *sigh* I <3 Amazon. So, to sum this up & keep this from becoming a mini novel, the opportunity to join the book blogging community and to gush about my love for books with people who feel the same way is pretty much what drove me to start book blogging. :)
What about you? What drove you to start book blogging?
It's amazing to be able to communicate with others who are also obsessed about books.

Hi, Amy! I dislike that if I haven't purchased my book from Amazon I can't post my review there :( But, GoodReads hasn't let me down! I've had my account for two months now. As well as blogging for two months. Thanks for stopping by and for the follow! Have a great weekend :)

I did Amazon ones for awhile too, but I didn't like it as much. It felt too cold. Blogging seems warmer! People are totally more friendly and active on posts and what not!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting and following my blog! I follow you now too!
Hey Jessica, Blogging is warmer, I post my reviews on Amazon in hopes that someone who hasn't read the book or heard of the author stumbles upon it and loves my review. You're welcome! Thanks for stopping by & for the follow! Have a great weekend :)
